Hi I’m Joanne! A little bit about me, so I’ve always worked in one way or another to make things look nice, from art to retail to fashion to film to interior design. When Covid hit, like most people I really missed my creative outlets, and in lockdown I re-found my love of painting. I’ve always filled my house with candles, so they quickly became my medium when I ran out of paper! I began experimenting with candle painting through the pandemic and really started to love it, I became obsessed. When I finally showed some of my designs to friends I was surprised and delighted at their responses, and it made me think maybe other people might like them too. So here we are! I’ve set up my studio at home in Dublin 7 with my husband and my new baby.
